How do I create a new post to us so that the google index??. How can our site map is always updated on the search engines??

In order for Google to index your web site you need to add your web site to the Google crawlers list. You can do this here. You then need to wait a few days for your web site to be indexed.

If you have a site map of your web site you can submit that too to Google. Search for Google's webmaster tools and sign up for it. You should then be able to login and submit your site map.
