Well, just use a good SEO plugin to change Meta-Data. HeadSpace 2 is a good one. If you want to add Adsense, go to Appearance --> Widgets. Add a new "text" widget to sidebar and add the code. To add above and below posts, use Post Layout plugin.

Umm....  Why would you put in the meta tag "noindex"? Do you not want search engine traffic?
