Hi chardee42

I would say that if your current blog theme is something
that you are very passionate about...

Then keep working on it.

There is also a couple of advices I would like to give to you.

First Advice: Do some research on your competitors in the same niche.

  • What do they blog about?
  • How are they getting traffic?
  • What is their unique angle?
  • What keywords are they pursuing?
  • What do they do that you could do better?
  • Is there something that they fail to do or a un-explored angle that you could fill?
  • Can you team up with one or several off them and work together by doing guest blog posts?
  • How can all of you complement eachother?

These questions should get you started with doing some
competitive research and analysis. It might sound like a lot
of work but the potential rewards is well worth it since...

You might discover an entire aspect or angle that your competitors
have missed. Competitors is by the way the wrong term for it. See
it as future Joint Venture partners and collegues.

Second Advice: Start asking yourself "How Can I _______" questions.

Spend 10-15minutes each day in an undisturb enviroment. Make sure
you have pen and paper ready.

Ask yourself the same question over and over again... "How Can I ______"
where you fill in the desired outcome.

Ex) "How Can I Get More Search Engine Traffic?" for instance.

Keep asking yourself that questions on a daily basis and write down
any and all ideas you get. Regardless of how silly it might sound or not.
Once you have written it down you can look through the list of ideas
and validate wich are doable and not.

Once you have reached your desired outcome, repeat sequence with
a new question.

I Guarentee you that you will be amazed by the number of conceptual
ideas you will come up with if you implement the power of "How Can I____"
into your life.

Final Words:

I have the outmost confidence in your ability to take your blog to the
next level, to increase not only your traffic but also your loyal readership
and your own ability of taking your blog forward into new heights.

Sincerly

Hmm, are you paying for webspace or traffic?? I don't think one should "pay" for traffic as any traffic you get would be artificial - not readers truly interested in your content.
