Do you bloggers get lower ratings in summer?

Hi,

Just before summer holidays (JUN) I had my rates of access on quite suitable values. But as holidays began the rates went down to disappointing values. At most it dropped over 60%

I wonder if you experience the same decline or is my blog an exception?

Rates of access?

I know that blog traffic drop considerably during summer, taking the typical traffic pattern of a weekend during the rest of the year. I wrote a post about it a while back:

I haven't seen a drop in this summer. In fact, July was one of my highest months ever for traffic. However, I do see specific low points. I have noticed that on Friday and Saturday, my stats start to really go down. However, Sunday is usually a good day, and I can have been able to count on Sunday for some decent page hits.

Andyd - I get also lower rating on Saturdays. It shows that many people watch blogs at works rather than at home
