Default How to access a domain that someone else set up for me?

I paid igomogul to design a website for me and help me register my domain name. Igomogul said they registered my domain name with godaddy. When I contacted godaddy for verification I was told that godaddy sends an email verification directly to the registered owner, and they could not tell me who owned the domain name. I did not receive a verification of registered ownership from godaddy and igomogul refuses to give me the log on, password and PIN to my domain account so that I can verify who is the registered owner. What do I do now?
