So what do you consider to be the purpose of your blog? Do you blog for the fun of blogging, or was your original idea about making money? Do you write to inform or educate people, or maybe even to just make them laugh? or Do you write blog to generate guaranteed web site traffic?

I write to inform people and hopefully to contribute to a better standard of content online. My blog also doubles as my portfolio.

I see my blog as sort of a diary but an interactive one as I do not only input text but photos and videos as well.

With QuirkyJessi, it's evolved into a place of giggles and awe....fun things to do, items to smile at or laugh hysterically about....it's fun and enjoyable, all the way around. With other sites I work on, it's still about being something I enjoy doing, but being able to share it with other people.

Mine is a personal place for me to vent about things. It's actually really therapeutic and has put me in touch with some wonderful people from around the world.

So I guess you can call it my own soapbox that occasionally crosses over into more current and topical stuff in the news once and awhile. I do try to use my stories to speak to greater issues out in society and maybe reach people in that way. It's very rewarding when it happens. I didn't and don't do it for money but can certainly understand why many would.

Too many negative stereotypes have unearthed due to the insensitive nature of popular culture and its intent on feeding on our weaknesses. Movies, music and magazines are examples of media that participate in taking advantage of the vulnerability of men, and many of us have bought it hook, line and sinker. In an age where celibacy is unheard of, women are treated as objects and material possesion is the ultimate prize, it remains seemingly impossible for men to gain a stronghold in this battle for their souls.
We encourage you to explore our online magazine with an open mind and a receptive heart. As you dig deeper, you are bound to feel the positive energy and will discover that our only motivation is a passionate desire for the growth of men.

I blog for a few different reasons.

First, I blog basically for the fun of blogging. I love reading, and writing about what I read comes naturally.

Second, I like programming, and blogging gives me a chance to mess around with javascript, css, and other concepts. Even SEO is coding, and I hope that the programming experience, and professional look of my blog will aid me when I apply for a job web programming.

Third, through my blog Inkweaver Review I have fairly regular contact with many major authors and publishers, through author interviews, etc. This is valuable to me as I am also a writer, working on my own novel. In this regard, Inkweaver Review is a platform from which I can launch my own writing career.

My goal with Inkweaver Review is NOT to make money of the blog. But I still plan to benefit from it, just in slightly different ways than most people benefit from their blogs.

My goal is to make a living from the revenue generated by my commercial wordpress blogs

Having been a SEO/Web Developer for over 10 years it was the logical step for me when I lost my major client due to the credit crunch

One of my sites hit #1 for its primary keyword on Yahoo yesterday (make money today) - not bad as the site was only registered on the 20th April

If Make Money can help people other than myself to make money, then that's even better!
