Okay, let's see if I can explain what I'm thinking here. I just downloaded the revolution lifestyle theme- made for word press but can be used on blogger ( or something like that.) It was free and as far as I know I can change around the color and htlm as much as I want. Is that right? I don't want to steal anything. Thanks!

Well, you can change colors and HTML as far as coder permits it! Between, I do not think there's any theme that is for WordPress but works on Blogger. It might be converted but same theme can not work on blogspot!

Most themes allow you to do whatever you want as long as you don't remove the footer. Just make sure it doesn't have that restriction.

Some themes will specify in the stylesheet or html who created the theme and what they consider fair use. Most will hallily allow some modification providing that you don't remove the footer links or claim it as your own design. Search through your code- it's usually right at the start or in the footer itself.
