I post at 12:00PM and 6:00PM on my blogs server time. I am actually 3 hours ahead of my blog's time, I either forgot to set the time or did not set it correctly. It's a benefit though, because if your internal clock is on second shift like mine is, you can sleep late and still be ready to post on time! That's how I look at it anyway.

Like Joshscanlan I also publish Mondays and Thursdays. I think it's pleasant for readers to know when you publish something new; that is, for those readers that want to follow you. Might also be better for the blogger himself, a little organization. But he, if you're one of those people who has trouble sleeping or wakes up in the middle of the night because you just have to write this or that and let the entire world know about it right then and there, go do your thing. |

I keep mentioning this but it all depends on if you're trying to make money, blog for search engines, or post for your loyal subscribers and stuff? If it's for your readers, I'd stay on a schedule. It's almost like when you have your RSS Feeds delivered... Now if it's blogging for money and SEs, then it doesn't matter. Write 20 posts in one day, I don't think it will matter too much. |

I have my posts scheduled to be published between 6:00 and 7:00 AM every day. This way it is always fresh for anyone who finds it, plus it might get into Google's blog suggestions for that day.
