Turning Comments Back On In Blogger

Hi I am as new as they come to this board. I've been desperately scavenging the Internet trying to find some advice for turning my comments on.

I used to have comments and then I turned them off about a month ago. I've changed my settings back so they would be on again but they aren't showing up.

Is this common? Could anyone please advise me on how to get them to show back up?

Yes. I've been struggling with it all day. I know very little about code and such. I've found fixes that say things like replace this code with that code. This problem is that I don't have the code in my HTML that is supposed to be replaced. I'm mucho confused.

Yes I toiled away all day today and finally found it. It was so simple. I had to go edit the post options.

I write the blog with a couple of other guys. Doucher is one of their catch phrases

IntenseDebate is kind of cool, so definitely google and explore if you're looking for a better comment system. I'm glad you figured out how to get the comments turned back on in the first place, though.
