Default Email@admin?

My web hosting comes with Email accounts.

I assume they are attached to my website.

In this case - whatever@crackedworld.com

Do I have to activate these Email accounts?

How would I do that??

Most likely, yes. How to do it will depend on your host (which host is it?) but usually it will be an option in control panel. Another tip: you should be able to set up a catch-all account which will receive email from any @yourdomain.com address, which might be helpful (but can also catch a lot of SPAM).

I have hosting through GoDaddy.

Which control panel are you talking about? The wordpress control panel or the Cpanel through the hosting?

Through Cpanel, you should be able to set up and manage email addresses through that (though I've never used GoDaddy personally so I'm not familiar with their system).

Thanks Dud,

Does any one use Godaddy and know how to access the Cpanel?

I'd like to set up the hosted Email.

I was able to call godaddy and have Email set up for Simple Politics and Economics for the Average Joe.

I use theThunderbird Email client by Mozilla.

Right now emails from both my personal Email address and that for crackedworld.com all come to the same inbox. When I send an email I can select which account to make it from with a drop down arrow.

Is this correct?

This is different than I expected. I expected to have to switch between different accounts to access one or the other.

Are there any Thunderbird users out there?
