Well, lately I've been looking at other peoples blogs and some are really goo and some are just lame, no offense. Most of the good ones have pictures, and a nice title and blog design, which made me want to stay at their blog for more than thirty seconds, like most people do. The bad blogs just have too much information with little pictures, but they have a pretty good design, but I wouldn't stay on that blog too long. Basically, its the type of audience your trying to get too. If your trying to get to kids, or teenagers, put lots of pictures with cool designs. Adults, I couldn't exactly tell you that because I'm only a teen but you know.Think about what fits your audience

You have to have the content on your page displayed in such a way that attracts the eye. If it's too ahrd to read, then people wont. It doesn't matter how old you are.

Yes, good points. A lot of blogs have looooong paragraphs and loooong posts, which in the end are just too looooong. I try to break up the information in my posts so they are easy to scan.

I am looking less and less at design. I don't even care bout custom headers anymore. Anything that effects load time negatively is bad in my eyes.

I have tried to preserve a very clean blog layout and high quality content. I am also steering more and more away from widgets as I mature as a blogger. I am thinking about purging the last two widgets that I have preserved so far.
