How to Find a Blogging Partner?

I know I have seen posts that talk about having multiple authors and ways to find someone but I can't remember where. Like BloggingTips.com that blog has 2 authors. How did they get together, and how can I find someone?

I don't know Mani in real life, we only know each other via the blogs (although we have since emailed a lot about various things)

Mani contacted me. I posted to readers that I was looking for a regular poster on the site and I also set up a dedicated author information page a few months ago so that anyone who is interested can contact me. It seems to have worked well.

The more your rss subscriber numbers go up, the easier it is to encourage people to write for you as you can give them and their blog some exposure

I'm working on something just now so dont have time to look for it at the moment but you'll find it in the site news section of my blog

I dont think you need me to hold your hand on this one though. Seriously, just post to your readers that you are looking for some guest posters and I'm sure you will get a few emails

The only thing I'd find with joint posting is whether the other person keeps up to your standards! I'm pretty fussy about what goes on my blog so if someone were to post something not well written on my site I'd be really angry!
