Aware of how many pages on blog indexed?

Ever checked to see how many and which pages of your blog is indexed in search engines?

http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...e+Search&meta=

type in site:www.yoursitename.com into the google search box.

They fluctuate I've noticed so don't get too caught up if it goes up and down.

How's your site doing and did you ever check this previously?

I have like 70 pages indexed which is pretty much all my blog posts

I didn't check this previously and my blog is doing better and better now that
I am using my SEO plugin a lot better I am going after low hanging keyword fruit
and I am getting increase in search engine traffic which is always nice

At the moment I have 143 in Google. Is that Good?

About 592 for my oldest blog.

100 to 150 for my other two. Not too bad as I haven't tried all that hard, just blogged consistently.

All good numbers. Most of the sites with tens of thousands or more indexed pages are old with lots of content. Also forums are what is driving Bloggeries increase in indexed pages.

Yep, I check it from time to time. It ranges from 450-550 most times.

I used to check it way more before, I have about 191 so after I just checked.

Your blowing this.The easiest way to see if your individual blog posts are indexed in google is just put the URL of the individual blog post in Google Search

The easiest method is using Google webmaster tools. Gives an exact number. :P
