I was in hibernation over the winter but I've been working out the past couple months... plus, I play sports (football, basketball, baseball, etc) so I'm not too worried... I've been jogging like 3-5 times a week so I'm good...

Very, very true. The majority of forums fail anyway, but they're even more susceptible to it if the owner isn't really putting his/her all into it constantly.

And uh, it took me several reads to understand what you meant by that because I was reading it as "do you fit?" instead of "are you fit?"

Yep so true. Time to put some more effort in. We've slipped from 930-870. Posting is continuing though but I dunno I need to think of something to jump start again. Entrecard was a good influx. Maybe time to go back to project wonderful?

Eh, I would do something else Why don't you just pay other people do promote for you? Like "for every 10 referrals (must post at least 10 times) you'll be compensated this amount..."

Just a thought... but there are lots of other ways as well...

Problem with that is it's so open for abuse If I pay $20 for every 10 established members. What good is it if I have another 10 members with 10 or 11 posts who then become inactive after ~60 days .

Why don't you do it like how Payperpost has their referral program set up?

Also, Brian, you should be able to buy a lot more than that with $25... I mean, I'll sell you mine!

Actually I'm setting up an affiliate software now. You can put up a small button to a large banner and everyone you refer who buys a listing in the directory you'll get $20 or $25. Trying to figure out 2 tier as well.
