There are a couple of sites specialized in domaning two of the most important are NamePros.com and DNForum.com. Try either of these.

It all depends on how popular the domain name is... but I would shop it around on every option that people listed.

Personally I'd go for sitepoint ... there have been some large and professional sales carried out through there...
