Soliciting Private Ads?
Do you have a criteria when you should start soliciting private ads or posting private ads?
Does it depend on your page views? What's a resonable or acceptable page view #s a blogger must have in order to start soliciting private ads?

There is no real metric. Price out what you think is fair as if you price yourself too high you'll earn nothing and you wasted your time. Flip side don't give it away or you'll kick yourself.
