Anyone want to sponsor a pet photo contest? - Blog Forum

I think I'm almost ready to hold this contest I have been considering for a while now.

It would be a pet/animal photo contest where people can send in photos they have taken of animals, any kind but preferably pets. The winning photo will be used in a new banner for Nearly-Dr Ferox.

The winner will also get 3000 Entrecredits from me, a photo manipulation of that pet and at this stage I'm considering throwing in $15 too.

All entrants would be featured on One Million Pet Pics so there is special attention for all the special pets.

The contest doesn't require people to subscribe or post about it, just to send their photos in and then get people to vote for the finalists. I get an average of 50 unique visitors per day, and you can check my stats via the project wonderful ads I have on my blog.

Would anyone else be interested in throwing in some other sponsor prizes? If you wanted to ou could make them 'special' additional prizes, such as 'Prize for fluffiest kitten', 'silliest dog' or something.

I'm thinking of starting it in about a week, so speak up if you want to be involved.

Can I ask what is an EC credit? Sorry I am noob. :'(

EC credits are the currency used to advertise in the Entrecard system, but you cal also use those credits to purchase other things from the EC shop, such as reviews, designs, other advertising etc.
