First off a million dollars isn't that much so I wouldn't quit my job. JUST KIDDING!

I'd continue to work on my websites; put 80% of it in very safe blue chips that pay dividends or something that will pay an average interest of ~6%. which is ~48,000 a year in interest.

I'd also immediately move to a tropical location with great connectivity; beaches; golf and fresh food etc.

Then I'd work on self actualization haha; read work on Bloggeries and live my life.

yeah i'm thinking along Rob's direction...

the difference being me quitting my crappy course in university now, and work on internet marketing, i mean 48,000 interest a year is enough for me to live my life without working, so whether internet marketing work out or not, doesn't really matter...

buy PSP, PS3, Wii, etc. enjoy, live life to fullest, why work for evil companies?

LOL not so much working for evil companies as being dependent on an institution for your livelihood. I'm just NOT DOWN WITH THAT.

Also TIME is the most valuable thing we all posses and since we have what SEEMS like an abundance we tend to squander it. Read the post below for a reality check

I was driving to Montreal from Ottawa the other day and thought it would be cool to own property with lake access in every territory in Canada.

The US has a program where they pay you to own land, it always good for a 4-6 percent return, plus with the price of commodities sky rocketing it will make the land that much more valuable.

20% like they've said. Some sort of high yield, safe investment with dividends. I'm in college right now, thats around $12,000 a year, which is about what I'm living on right now.

40% to get myself set up nicely. Get a house close to school, a car, some nicer furniture.

40% in more risky investments. For quite a while I've wanted to do short terms stock trading, ever since we entered a competition in middle school where we had to make mock investments and I ended up almost doubling our money in 3 months.

I would create the coolest websites! Website after Website but lets face it... this would be after the long vacations, spending/investing binges and other binges LOL

I just wanna create communities of people and promote interaction with each other on a global basis!

I think this is why I enjoyed wal-mart so much when I worked there. So many people to talk with!
