Default What, no feedback or website support forum?

I think it should be mandatory to have at least one forum for feedback and support for the members.

The reason I was looking for one is to ask what vBulletin mod you guys are using here for the Recent Blog: thing. I'd like to install one on my own vB 3.6.8 forum, The Floor Pro Home Page, so I can attract members to my other flooring site, a Floor Pro network - Directory and Blogs for Flooring Professionals. Hep a guy out, wouldya?

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Jim

Great point Jim, do you think it should be a stand alone forum or maybe change the Bloggeries News and Updates to Bloggeries News - Feedback - Support and then make a sub folder inside the news for support? I could make a stand alone one but I hate having forums with very little threads in them.

Any thoughts would be appreciated but it's a good idea so thanks for bringing it up.

WAIT... Wait, don't go away yet. You didn't answer my more important question: The mod you use for "Recent Blog:". Which one is it - I assume it's one of the mods available at vBulletin.org?

As for the Website Feedback and Support forum, you could call it just that and stick it right... right... hmmm, seems you already created it and put it in an excellent place. Cool. You done good. Thanks.

Now, about that Recent Blog mod?

Jim
PS: you'd think I was a slow-ass one-finger typer - it took me that long to answer your first reply and you posted a second while I was peckin' away.

Not sure how much this helps but in my plugins / products when I go to manage the only one I have is "Blog Feed" as a title for the product without much else... I wasn't the one who set it up so unfortunately I don't know much else...

Oh, so you're not the go-to guy after all. Okay, I'll hep ya out:

Go to admin CP, scroll to the bottom of the menu items on the left side, down to Plugins & Products. Then click Manage Products and you will see it in the list, including a link to the author's post on vB.org (or wherever it's located). There's also a version number that will help, especially if the title doesn't have a link (some don't for some reason). The link is what I'd like.

Thanks,

Jim

Hi Jim,

That's what I did! Besides all the VBSEO plugin's I have the adsharing and blog feed and blog feed 2. No Joke that's it. Under the manage plugins it's Name, Hook Location, Controls / Active not Active.

Under Manage Products I only have 1 thing and that's vBSEO.

Version is 3.6.4

Not sure of the exact intended usage of hoppin in this instance but I do spend stupid amounts of time here. I'd have it NO other way
