I see it as a great way to teach kids that your sexuality doesn't matter at all.

If you think about it, the Harry Potter books are a really effective way to teach kids that racisism is wrong. The whole pureblood vs Muggleborn thing, centaurs, house elves. if you take away those broomsticks and wands, it's one big story about how everyone should be treated equally.

So someone's worth is based entirely on whether or not they have children? What about provinding extra support to children to whom they are related (their nieces and nephews) and assisting in their upbringing? If you get really into it, helping your relatives raise their children is just an effective means of passing on genetics, as they're all still related.

That's a really good point! I never even took the time to think of it that deeply. I mean, I knew there were some morals but not that deep.

And sanddrodz that was wasn't even necessary. If you're not open, then you can leave this topic and this entire forum if you ask me. And if gays and lesbians are an abomination, then you are a hypocrite. If you're such a big time Christian, shouldn't you love everyone.

p.s. u misunderstood me, I'm not intolerant, I think human should be able to do whatever he wants except harming himself or people around him/her. But this doesn't make it right, thats the only thing I want to point out

No hard feelings Sandroz. You are allowed to say what you want, when you want. Bottom line is here I don't tolerate people pushing their political or religious views and essentially judging in the process - everyone is different and lets appreciate THAT. We're all here to talk about blogging and just have fun. If you don't like something but it's not harming anyone your best to just say nothing. There are many forums that have political and religious debates. This is not one of them.
