Looking for Authors for Multi-Author Blog

I am possibly interested in making a multi-author blog of a different domain that covers different topics. I am unsure of the domain name, but it would cover topics such as Sports, Entertainment, Politics, Opinion, Technology, Etc.. I would be looking to cover either Sports or Technology, or both. I am not looking for experienced or professional writers, I simply want people who are interested and passionate in a topic. If and when the blog got popular enough to monetize, pay would be divided proportionally according to how many posts a person has.

The template that I am interested in is here: http://www.themespinner.com/Tauren/. You can see this to get a sense of what it would be about. It is set up very much like a news site. Now, I am not particularly familiar with the set up of a Wordpress.org site, so a much simpler blogger.com site may be used. If anyone is familiar with this, great!

I would appreciate more visual materials, to make your blog more attractive, but your writing style really compensates it. But there is always place for improvement
