for some reasons its actually PR0... links within the review are nofollowed anyway so i don't see the value in it

so let me see if i understand this, you are selling a blog review for $30 on a PR 0 blog with nofollow links? Correct me if I am wrong, but most people buy blog reviews for the 2 or 3 quality backlinks.
