I would be open to either or. I have guest posted before and it has worket out well but I am open to havving guest bloggers on my blogs as well.

Well the thing is, if you guest post on others blogs then that blogs traffic will find YOU and if someone guest posts on YOUR blog they'll probably to tell people to look at the post they made therefore giving YOU traffic!

If you are making money on your site through adsense etc. Traffic will earn you money if being payed is your concern. I suppose it's not direct but it's a contribution to your overall writing satisfaction and Income but income is usually never TOO big on blogs haha
