What do you do after posting a blog post?

So me, I just do nothing but turn my pc off or start playing psp after I make a blog post.. But how about you? how do you exactly do after making a post? Can you list it?

After I make a blog post, I write a new one and schedule it for later. Since the posts on my blog are very short, it's a simple thing to do for me.

I generally always read it over again, looking for typo's and sometime's just changing the wording around a little.

I also look my posts over for typos. Then I go drop some Entrecards and post here on Bloggeries while listening to my Last.fm

After checking my post, I usually promte it like using Zimbio

I usually promote my posts by dropping my Entrecard and writing a Plurk about it.

After doing a blog post I ping Feedburner, Pingoat, and Ping-o-Matic. Then I go about my day.

I don't know if I really need to ping it, but it makes me feel better knowing it gets out there sooner than later.
