What do you do after posting a blog post?

I personally pray and hope that I'd gain good traffic and quality comments from it.

Well that's of course, after or before promoting the new entry with the use of social media.

One of the first things I do after a new post is send it to the various bookmarking services. I still don't know if it matters or not in terms of web surfers, but at least it gets me links pointing to an internal page of my site.

i read it over and over again, change pic, then go to do some backlinking ;]

After posting a blog, i visit the page n see my post has came or not & if it don't then i schedule the URL for future reference!
please ans me one question:
Do the under review post really get posted later??
