I really don't know because I don't what your directory structure is like, but typically everything should be fine. I mean you don't have any private information, your aren't saving credit card numbers of something that you need to restrict. Its up to you but you will probably be alright without adding a robots.txt for the main website.

The structure is really really super simple. I hate building websites that are complicated. I took over one this one time and when I look at the structure it was like "wtf are you thinking?"... So, I don't need the file for Google to find it? Cause it's telling me my Google page rank is N/A...

No, the robots.txt is only to define what areas of the site you do not want Google to crawl. If you want the whole site crawled you don't need a robots.txt Google uses sitemaps to find content, that and links. That's different from robots.txt

Your Google page rank is N/A because your site's so new. The next major PR update will be in January, it happens once per quarter. So wait and then you'll see what it is around January 1st.

Yeah the fact that PR updates are quarterly is something that i had not realized myself until I did some indepth Google research.
