Default Exciting Blog Function - Blog Mergers & Acquisitions

'Blog Merger & Acquisition' is a new blog funtion that would enable bloggers to make the best out of their blog and all this for no cost at all.

The 'In The Orbit' group is the first to launch this blog funtcion

Basic Concept

The only similarity between blog mergers & acquisitions and their corporate counterparts lies in their meaning.

Blog Merger - Similar to a corporate merger, a blog merger with 'In The Orbit' results in a combined entity with the blogger retaining his original control. For example if 'A' applies for a blog merger, 'In The Orbit' would include A's blog as a part of its network and would also provide certain rights to 'A' which would prove advantageous to him. The bottom line is that A would still retain full control over his blog along with certain extra provisions.

Blog Acquisition - A blog acquisition results in a complete takeover of the blog that has been proposed for acquisition. The original owner of the proposed blog would have no rights over the blog once it has been acquired. If 'A' proposes his blog for acquisition, 'In The Orbit' would take full control of A's blog and thereafter 'A' would have no rights over his blog.

What does a blogger gain from a merger with 'In The Orbit'?

1. Increased traffic inflow (links to the blog are displayed on the network of 'In The Orbit')
2. Optimization of blog (design and content)
3. Redirection to a domain of applicant's choice (in the form of http://yourchoice.intheorbit.com)
4. Posting of blogger's articles on 'In The Orbit' (provides more exposure to the blogger)
5. Revenue generation (only if the blogger desires)
6. Blogger becomes a member of the 'In The Orbit' administration

Is money involved at any stage of a merger?

No. All blog mergers are devoid of money in any form. Moreover, the provisions that would be provided to a blogger as a result of the merger don't involve any monetory transactions either.

The acquisition part is basically if you want to give away your blog. A merger means you join their network and they get a little traffic for the site in return.
