Default Does Feedburner require "Feed Exclussivity"

I am having trouble with Feedburner - it starts throughing this weird error about invalid characters I don't understand.

But I jus tread somwhere in Bloggeries (and now can't find it!) that Feedburner wants your feed "exclussively". Right now our RSS Feed is bride.ca

Does this mean that I can niot submit that to Feedburner, since others are already using it??

Do you mean that your blog / feed is on a subdomain of bride.ca site?

Actually it isn't. It is in it's own "folder": bride.ca/wedding-deas/

But now I think what that post was saying was that some people may have subscribed to your RSS directly but others to the Feedburner URL, so Feedburner woudl be unable to track the first group's traffic - which of course is perfectly reasonable..

I managed to get Feedburner to work, finally - except the images, which I am working on now.

In general, I guess my question is: Is Feedburner worth the effort?. Shoudl I bother with the extra work to make the blog Feedburner-friendly??
