They rank me as a "247" just because I'm a PR1 and everyone knows PR doesn't matter.

Well there are rank 2s and 3s even further down on the list than you are so I highly doubt that's the only reason you are where you are. Give it more time and keep working on things....you can't automatically be in the top 100.

Are they using anything else to rank the sites?
Because all I see is that they use technorati, alexa and pr. And my technorati and alexa is better than some pr 3 or pr 2

Yep, my old blog is... It's pretty easy to get on the list. Try emailing the guy behind 45n5 again, maybe he missed your email.

The referral traffic is only great if you're in the top 20...
