Indeed, there's been noticed a tendency to ask almost same question many times. And not only in this forum.
Fellows who don't even bother to look for the answers before asking, will be hard to teach that "results take effort". But of course thanks to the patience and repeated explanations of top contributors such as Bloggeries and WhoJayBe, the answers are more likely to be discovered by those who look for them. |

I beg to differ. No matter how good the content is, you still have make an effort to promote it if you want readers to come to your blog in a huge number. You cannot just sit and wait.

I'm finding it to be a balance... You need to put your creative hat on and write some good, interesting content. Then you need to put your marketing cap on and get social, do some link exchanges, meet other bloggers, etc. With so many bloggers on the Web today, it's a good chance that a large number of *any* blogs traffic/readership will be bloggers.
