List of High PR blogs

It would be great if someone could tell me where would I find a full list of all high PR blogs having top Commentator on them.
Your inputs would be very helpful for me.

Comment Kahuna | Free Link Building Software is a program that will show you a list of high PR blogs, and allow you to comment on them.

Use it responsibly, though, by placing useful comments rather than junk ones.

I have used this before, it does it's job.

This looks interesting TrackBoost - Generate backlinks and trackbacks quickly , but way too expensive.

I havent tried comment kahuna yet, but apparently I am registered. I get emails from them all the time...
