Default Re: Stumbleupon.com help please!

I have found that not only is the bounce rate insane, they never come back and almost never click on anything, so I don't really find StumbleUpon all the useful.

Correct,

Digg and SU sends tons of volatile traffic, that gives a glance and hops onto next page. What is our goal in the end? To get tons of traffic that bounce back, or a lesser number of targeted visitors who turn into repeating visitors?

The "close your adsense account" is I suppose possible but more likely your friends constant clicks are driving up your page impressions and driving down your conversion ratio is just going to make you less money, not get banned.

Why?

What happens if you get a post on the first page of Digg? Your impressions are going to skyrocket, while your conversion ratio is going to tank. Google has taken the "Digg" effect into account by just paying you less when someone does click your ads until you raise your conversion ratio.

You could also take the adsense out while your are trying to create some stickiness for your blog with subscriptions.
