Yeah, it is amazing. I made back what it would have cost (I got it free because I told them I wasn't paying for it ) in less than a couple hours.

Lot less hassle as it allows people to auto-buy their banners etc.

However, if you're a new blog you do not need it; a well designed Advertise page as well as using the Got Banners Wordpress plugin to rotate your ads and you'll be fine.

I have it and it certainly is nice. I wouldn't worry about using it until you can't manage advertisers anymore. It's pretty much point, click, pay, done. But like TUK said, there are a couple of freebies you can use. WPAdmentor is another.
