I just found out about the above tag within blogs.
I understand the basics of it, and I notice that it's more sites like blogspot and others who may use this feature to prevent your link from being followed or indexed for PR.
However ... if my link does not have the rel next to it, but I see the rel=nofollow elsewhere in the blog's source code, is it effecting all content links or how does it work?
For example, at one blogspot site,
*MY ONLINE JOURNAL*, they have this large script at the bottom of their source code. You can find it by searching the source code for "nofollow". What does it mean? Will be content link be indexed? is this just a block for comments areas or content links also?
My link does not have "rel=nofollow" next to it, but I'm concerned about the long script at the bottom that says, "no index, no follow".
I will be thankful for any help!
