Article submission, social bookmarking sites, entrecard, participating in forums, blog commenting are some ways to increase your traffic.

Don't get frustrated... be patient...

It's true. People talk about passive income all the time but it's really all about having passive traffic. That's why things like entrecard or many other social media networks are only as effective as you're using them. When you're done someone else comes along and takes your spot and traffic; it's just like that to some extent.

Stumble can give more residual but it's just as useless IMO.

Good content and a passion for you niche can help drive traffic. You might want to try something that develops your voice too. You can answer Yahoo Answer questions and leave a link to a blog post that better answers reader's questions. Try to do it without being spammy though. It can help you find ideas too.

Just passing along a tip someone gave me that tends to work. Hope it helps! Keep blogging!

Other than that, comment on similar blogs and blogs you like. Participate in forums, social media, and provide good quality content.

Still, well done for keeping at it.
And when you're in social media groups like MySpace, etc. make sure you befriend like minded people. Do a search 4 your keywords and extend friendship to those people. Then just try to focus on one viral marketing group, not all of them. That way you're not spinning your wheels going nowhere fast.

You know Rob, in the past I might have disagreed with you, but you're right. 'Cause the amount of time spent networking is going to be directly related to gaining more traffic (I'm tired, xcuse the grammar).

Maybe we could teach a course in networking and how it relates to traffic...hmmmm
