SEO title Tag - Blog Forum

I just installed the SEO Title tag plugin for WordPress. Does anyone have any experience using this? I need help.

I installed All in One SEO Pack instead because it wasn't working to my needs.
SEO for your Wordpress Blog <-- much easier to use. shows up at the bottom of the post/page write
