1) I don't use it as I earn $$$ in other ways so I just pay and use it.
2) My Paypal account. If you don't have money in paypal you can transfer. FWIW Most sites need alittle cash infusion at some point or another.
3) I have seen 5$ a day bids. I've put a bid at 13$ a day! It all depends on your site; how much traffic it gets and how much it converts to potential advertisers.

I'd say $5 a month isn't that unrealistic.

Stumbleupon...we had a post go ballistic in February (despite its bogus content) and had nearly 75000 visitors.

one of my posts also went ballistic in Stumbleupon and I have had tons of visitors the past 4 days.
