This is one I'm really proud of: Nearly-Dr Ferox » Aural Haematoma

I took all the photos, and I think my explaination is pretty good. I hope the photos aren't too 'bloody' or anything and nobody it made uncomfortable by them at all.

It's also on page 2 for google searching 'Aural Haematoma'. I'm so happy with it

I find stumble upon a conundrum; it increases your uniques but KILLS your bounce rate... Which is more important?

Definitely go with the uniques first and hope that some of them come back and read other posts...

actually our stumble bounce rate isnt that bad

All traffic coming from stumbleupon for as long as we've had analytics is:

36.60%

My bounce rate from the last lot of stumbles was 44%, for just over 100 people. That's a lower bounce rate than Entrecard!
