I have gotten those from time to time. It seems that when you click on the link you are often sent to a page about a viagra knockoff or something.

I hate those people who do this kind of trick.. they are stealing contents from the other site... it happens to my site several times.. even if they are linking back on my site.. it still annoys me.. to think that it is really hard to write your own content and then they will just steal it..
