How diverse is Press Release from Article Submission? I have never completed it but caught that both aid in building backlinks. Do you think of the same thing too?

A ration of the PR sites doesn’t really make your url html so it's not recited as a link. I've completed rare press releases and they do help out though particularly if additional sites republish them.
