It's basically a points/cash system like you see on forums. You reward your members for sharing, commenting, referring etc. And they can spend those points in a shop built into your blog for items. Here's more info:

Sorry I havent responded, but swood is right. Its like a free loyalty rewards program.

People sign up, then when they visit your site, like stuff, share it, comment, etc, they earn points which they can spend elsewhere.

My only thing is I wonder how many people will want to sign up, even if its free, etc.
