Blogging, HTML, Scripting, and Ads?

I couldn't find a specific forum for this, as it covers many posts, but bear with me please and redirect me if this isn't the right area.

First off, are there any GOOD, reputable forums, that I can go to for blogging, programming, scripting, HTML and coding, and ad questions?

I am starting a blog, well a series of blogs, for my art, and story work. Some of which is adult material, erotic, and mature. I understand that Google Adsense won't host ads on any adult themed blog, SOOOOO, what would be my best alternative? I am trying to find an ad program that pays out to bank accounts or paypal accounts, NOT by check. Adbrite is out of the picture here.

Also, I am not familiar with the method I would go about to do this, would I get custom banners made, or do I use HTML coding to make my own, how do I put them in my blog, etc?

Besides ads, I have heard of affiliates but no idea how to use them or where to find real, reputable ones at. Any info on those?

Another subject would be traffic, twitter, facebook, digg, stumbleupon, where else can I get traffic?

Lastly, any tips or advice that you can offer to help me would be great. The end game I have planned here is to start up a series of blogs, art, literature, story work and character design, and making some money off of it. I don't plan to make this into a career, just a good 30 bucks a month would be awesome.

Also as I said above, any forums or websites out there existing on this subject, please direct me to them, I'm new on all of this blogging and such.

If it is any help, this is the idea I had in mind (below), but I can't find a way to translate it into lamens terms or get any of the resources to work or find them.

I can't post the link, but if you search for Ideas Beta, making money with an adult blog, that is the general concept I am going for, but it confuses me a little.

Sounds like some of your questions could well be answered here - though I'm not sure we can provide specific help with an adult site.

There are forums at Bloggeries for making money online (that would cover adsense), social media (that's twitter/facebook/digg etc), blog marketing (which you've found), I don't think we have a technical forum at the moment though.

It's best to split your questions into multiple threads and post them in the appropriate forums here, one big thread is going to get out of hand quickly.
