Include contextual links in your post linking to other articles on the site. The anchor text is crucial, but it's the single easiest way of keeping somebody on your blog.

Either way, you shouldn't lose too much sleep over Average Time On Site stats. They can be inaccurate for a whole bunch of reasons. And if you're selling something, you might not even want people to spend forever combing your archives. A quick push is often the best.

2 minutes is good average.......usually people bounce back with in ten seconds.....difference is clear.....2 mins could be increase to some more minutes doing some adjustments and inclusion of new ideas......its up to you because you know your website and visitors well.
