Is anyone using squidoo to market their blog? If so, I would love some tips and success stories! Thanks!

I've used Squidoo before. You can get some good traffic and SEO links. In addition the "lenses" are pretty much published straight away. For me, I use Squidoo for these purposes only. There are stories of people making $,000s every month but you have to market your lenses just like you would market your websites/blogs. For me a ".com" address is better than a www.squidoo" address with added domains. I often put up my articles that I publish to article directories, spun a little.

I started a lens, but I am a little confused. How do I add to it?? Is that what the "Squidcasts" are for? Do I use the Squidcast like a blog post, or do I start a new lens each time I want to post an article?

I just created a Squidoo lens last week. I haven't done much to promote it, but it's a cool site and I guess I'll see how well it works.

@BlogDiva - the Squidcasts are like blog posts. To make your Squidcasts show up on your lens, edit your lens and click on the big "Add Modules" button at the top of the page. Then do a search for "Squidcast" and you should find a module of the same name. Add it to your lens, arrange it, edit it, and voilá!

Squidoo could be used but generally speaking, just for a linkack would be suitable because if you aim to make £000's with your lens, you would have to market the lens very well. But then that defeats the object of your site as that is what you want to be marketing
