How does my Pop-up Form Look?

Just put a pop-up form on my site. Not sure if it looks good. How is the copy? Any ideas

I think the fields and submit button look kind of strange right on top of the stomach. Could you just move them to the left?

Oh, my. Don't do it. Blocking _your own content_, so that the first thing that a brand new visitor sees is a signup form that they will not use because they don't know your content, is a great way to get most of your visitors to just go away and not come back.
