Also technology and computer hardware/software blogs. Often those blogs will have hundreds if not thousands of posts to establish authority.

I'm pretty partial to the food and beverage category of blogs. They have wide-spread appeal across generations and gender, and are easy to understand. The food and beverage niche is huge!
