No quick method. But you can do more working and keep woking. To get more back links, you need to spend more and more time.

- etc

to speed the submission process in order to get backlinks.

Backlinks definitely take time and effort they will eventually come. Content is key in getting them as if people like your stuff they'll mostlikely link to it.
