These types of system usually work like this: you do all the clicking on your own widget to make it look like you have clicks. You click on an item in your widget, close the page, and the click another.

After clicking on your own widget 200 times or so you are then eligible to receive enough impressions to get 200 visitors to your website. But the only problem is that everyone else on the system is doing the same thing, so you get 200 visitors that view your site for about 5 seconds and then leave without actually reading or commenting.

Been there, done that, left it behind long ago.

Okay, but I've found in the past that people usually find a way around it. Even if fraud clicks are not allowed, the traffic from such traffic systems usually still isn't valuable traffic, the kind of traffic that reads and comments.

It depends on what kind and what quality of content you promote with traffic system like this
