It is indeed not quality traffic. That's the problem with every single one of these promotion networks.

Focus on genuine blog commenting and you will get a lot of visitors in no time.

not a good traffic...try to do manual but quality traffic like what knubbl said...focus on blog commenting....

Hi Thanks for the information, I once tried many type of traffic exchanges just like Food4Blogs.com, and I found that it is circulating browsing traffic, rather then getting real organic traffic that are actively searching for you.

If you want to get traffic quickly I suggest that you either find some bloggers and start to exchange banners and links, it helps you to be found easier on the web.

Another way is to find places that you can advertise for free, example like placing signature links on the bottom of your post and actively participate in the forum's activities. Regularly post comments on other people's blogs with a link to your website also helps.

I usually get traffic from many sources, especially on certain keywords, if you build your links that link in to your site with those specific keywords it also would be beneficial long term. if you search the term "Click here" on google you will see that adobe is the Top no.1, but when you go to their site and look around you don't really see click here anywhere. They have optimised their site offpage for this keyword and for the people who search "click here" will all be directed to adobe. Imagine that you dominate a keyword and you are ranked no.1 on the serps, your site will get hits like crazy!
