It all depends on the quality of your followers and the quality of your posts. Think about how you can help your followers in your posts. I currently follow Simon Leung. Find him on Twitter. He has about 60,000 followers and gets a lot of traffic. He has a ebook on how he did this. I haven't read it yet, but I imagine it is good.

Kim Roach had some free webinar about twitter you should check out. She provides some useful info, but twitter is more than simply getting followers -- dont be fooled!
